Outage: BT Authentication Failures

Who is affected? xDSL, FTTC users
When did the problem occur? 12:30am on 09/04/2013
When will the problem be fixed? 14:30am on 09/04/2013 (esitmated)
What is the nature of the problem? Routers are failing to authenticate on BT's network.

Billing for Additional Usage Charges

Due to a system error, both Direct Debit & Credit/Debit card systems, additional usage charges have not been debited from customers accounts for both January and Februrary 2013.

These charges will be debited along with March 2013 charges which have been raised today.

We appologise for the inconvenience and would like to remind customers to contact our team on 0844 979 888 should they wish to discuss changing their tarriff in order to avoid on-going additional usage charges.

Changes to our Terms & Conditions

We've made some changes to our Terms and Conditions in order to bring them up-to-date with our products, services and distance selling regulations. These terms and conditions form your contract with Vispa.

If you are an existing customer, we are required to give you 14 days notice therefore they will take effect on 18th April 2013. For new customers, they will take effect immediatly.

Telephone Call Charges - Billing issue

Due to an interupption in service by our supplier, telephone call charges from 19th March 2013 to 3rd April 2013 have been billed in April 2013 and not March 2013.
