When will my service be migrated to ADSL2+ / 21CN?

Your broadband service will be migrated to 21CN as and when your local BT exchange becomes ADSL2+ enabled.

 

There are over 5500 BT exchanges throughout the UK which will all eventually be 21CN enabled however this of course requires a roll out plan. Vispa is working with BT to forecast the number of customers we move to 21CN per month and the enabling of their corresponding exchanges. We expect 868 exchanges to be 21CN enabled by May 2009.
